The Recipe: Grilled Wagyu Steaks with Garlic Herb Butter

Ingredients:
- Four 12–14 oz Wagyu ribeye or New York strip steaks (about 1.25–1.5” thick)
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado or grapeseed oil
- Garlic herb butter (optional):
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter

🔵 1 clove garlic, minced
🔵 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
🔵 Zest of half a lemon
Instructions:
- Prepare the Steaks
Take the Wagyu steaks out of the fridge 30–45 minutes before grilling to bring them to room temperature. Pat them dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Lynx Grill
Fire up the Trident™ Infrared Burner to high heat and preheat the grill for 10 minutes. You want a searing zone at 600–800°F for that perfect crust.
- Sear to Perfection
Lightly oil the grill grates or brush oil onto the steaks. Place the steaks over direct infrared heat and sear for 2–3 minutes per side with the lid open. Move to a cooler zone and finish cooking to your desired doneness:

🔵 Medium-rare: 130°F
🔵 Medium: 140°F
- Rest the Meat
