The oven heats up quick and cooks evenly. I like where you can have two ovens of two different temperatures or make it one big oven.on the oven racks I wish it came with two easy racks instead of one but I’ll be purchasing another one. The only problem that we have is the app it seems like it only works on one phone we can’t get it to work on a second phone comes in handy when we were cooking the turkey and watching the temperature in the living room watching TV

I love the display and the split oven functionality. The bottom rack is a sliding rack and I wish all of the racks are sliding racks!!! It's so handy as I'm always scared of getting burned pulling food from the racks. I have not tried the steambake yet, so can't comment on that yet. The electronic display is simple and very nice, it's easy to change the temperature and timing, and love the quick add five minutes after the end of baking time.

we purchased this oven a little over two years ago. it worked great at first but we have had problems with it maintaining temperature after preheating. the temperature drops 50-70 degrees. a tech has been out several times but the problem has not changed. i have called samsung multiple times and i just go in circles between samsung and the repair company. i have read about samsung ovens having temperature regulation problems as well as other consumers with the exact same experience with this oven. unfortunately, samsung has refused to exchange the oven despite it being under warranty during the time the issue has occurred and having numerous tickets submitted.

we have had this oven for 18 months and it does not keep an accurate temperature. items either come out burnt or not done at all. we have wasted so much food because of this oven. i cannot believe samsung does not stand by their products or make a better product. paying almost $3000 should get you a much better and a reliable oven! samsung you can do better!

if you have endless time and willing to spend it on samsung support, this is your brand and product of choice. that so called smartthings doesnt work and of course it is always blamed on your internet connection. you can show all the sniffer traces you want, but they are not convinced its their issue. i had the same problem with a cooktop. eventually (6months later..) they admitted it was a backend problem, but at that time i already returned it. positively, samsung products look great. but inside its bad. and this applies to their support even more so. think this, if you have a 120 people in front of queue for support, it is a huge red flag. wish i had listened to all people's reviews... hope this will help you save some trouble.
